Are Hatton and Cotto ATG's

    I agree about Marquez. He needs much more to be ATG in my mind.

    I don't think many people was considering Hatton an all-time great based off victories over Tsyzu, Urango, and Collazo? Indeed, Hatton only lost to the best fighters on the planet, but outside of Zoo, who else at 140lbs is particularly noteworthy for their quality? He dominated a pretty average division, and I felt he lost to Collazo at 147lbs. :good Great win for Manny, I'll never play that down, but Hatton is not an ATG on his own merits.

    All respect to Miguel Cotto for fighting the level of competition he has over the last 6-7 years. He has all my respect, that being said, he has lost badly to Margarito and Pacquiao. Many dispute his victories over Clottey and Mosley, and Torres and Corley almost had him out at 140lbs. It speaks volumes for his character, and although he has got a very respectable win column, he's not done enough to be considering among the All-time Greats. In my judgment. He still has time, but to recuperate from that Manny beating is a big ask. Goodluck to him.

    Neither.

    Cotto has a long shot, if he goes on a miraculous run at either 147 or 154.

    Hatton doesn't even have that.

    Again, you don't have to be an ATG to be in the Hall Of Fame. Take a look at some of the dudes in there.

    They're not All Time Greats but I'm certain at least Cotto will be in the hall of fame.

    Both are HOF but ATG? I don't know.... Cotto can do more. He's still young.

    Hey dumb ass, I'm just criticizing his overrated "legacy". He sucks as a boxer, a lot of his wins are questionable, the way he fights he fights is somewhat illegal, his resume is dry, to even question him as a possible ATG is laughable. He's not even an ATG JWW.

    I don't think losing 2 big fights automatically discounts them, but I don't think Hatton can do any more, and I question whether Cotto can.

    They might not even hit the HOF to be considered ATGs. Can't be considered an ATG for having one or two major wins, got to have a chain of them and impressively. Pacquiao's career is the best recent example.

    I disabled avatars after convincing my paranoid self that a pair of big juicy breasts was going to get me fired.

    I'll trust that it's Cotto-themed - perhaps a gif image with a silhouette of Miguel throwing a fearsome body attack with his ultra-serious Blue Steel look on...maybe with a background that changes colors like a neon restaurant sign and some glittery distortion effect such that you might see on a 12 year old girl's Myspace page? :think
