If Oscar has as few fighters under contract as suggested, my guess is that GBP will continue to make fights for fighters who are not directly under contract on a fight by fight basis, but Oscar may take a page from Bi-Polar Bob's book of Promotion and try to get non-contracted fighters to sign a multi-year contract with GBP to get a particular fight.
Meaning, ODLH may abandon the new African American business model and revert to the old miserly Jew business model.
