Are headaches after sparring normal?

    Touch sparring is good for beginners but the only way to get sharp is by working sharp. You can define that as hard sparring or fighting every 6 days.
    Touch sparring does not prepare you for the reality of getting hit. And anybody will have the willingness to take chances and experiment if there will be no repercussions. The objective is to find that willingness in the face of real punches coming in hard.
