I remember I used Holyfield more than once as an example that steroids do not cause sterilization, and in the last time I did it, I was asked, how do I know if his supposed descendants are really his?

Did he bother to genetically test most of them back then?

BTW, steroids cause sterilization, among other bad things, such as chemical castration, but it depends on specific compounds (primobolan, anavar, and perhaps other DHT derivatives are less harmful from this aspect), added substances (HMG comes to mind as one), dose per weight, and other factors still.

Then again, testicular function may partially be restored if the offending substances are removed, depending on factors such as the function of dose per weight per duration, and other factors.

And even during some parts of a cruise/TRT, sperm production might still suffice for impregnation, depending on factors.

Given the amounts of money he would be forking out I'm sure he would have made sure.
