For free content it’s pretty good. Ok of course they could up the production quality a bit, but it’s part of the charm for me. They’ve done some great interviews too - the Hearn ones are usually a good watch. The one with Fury when he was at his fattest and about to announce his comeback too. They have a genuine rapport with some boxers too which helps. Definitely good for the sport.
Yes they are exactly that, they took the chance and they've got the rewards. Fair play to them, they get content that would never see the light of day on TV.
I don’t understand the hate IFL get they bring you free content, if they press to hard they will stop getting interviews they make the person feel like they are talking to there mates makes them more likely to open up Keep up the good work is all I would say
I like the vids, especially when they interview anyone that talks sense like Adam Booth. They really need to sort the sound levels out or invest in a decent mic
It's casual laid back content with a laid back interviewing style so the boxers relax etc, only disappointing thing is is not upgrading the footage quality
It's symbolic of the evolution in boxing journalism and it ain't going anytime soon. While access to opinion is near enough instant, as opposed to the good old days where you had to wait for boxing news or BM, the flip side is these social media interviewers have to fawning and sycophantic or the fighters/pundits will just refuse to give access. Ergo, you compromise between near enough real-time access to info with less than searching questions.
So they are going to be streaming the Taylor/Burnett card for free. Thats a major coupd credit to the bunch of chancers.
You bananas complain when fighters are too media trained... along comes IFL and you get a more relaxed, personal encounter with banter thrown in for good measure AND LO AND BEHOLD... IT'S STILL NOT ENOUGH FOR YOU! Stop acting like females.
