    No

Judah is a gatekeeper at this point in his career and malinaggi beat a protected euro fighter.
they are good wins but nothing to take notice of.

    Not for me.

Paulie has stepped up 3 times against world class fighters and got beaten up in all 3 fights, which proves he's a step below world class.

Good for him capturing a belt at welter weight, but he'll lose it against the first world class opponent he defends it against.

I might be completely wrong and he's just a much better fighter at WW, but it will take more than a TKO against an unproven fighter to change my mind.

Yes. Malignaggi, Kotelnik and Judah are his 3 most impressive wins ability wise, he showed borderline elite attributes in all 3 fights. Maidana is still his 'best' win though, considering the style matchup (as well as that being the best Maidana I've seen, even better than the one that slugged out a win against Ortiz imo).

If Khan beats Peterson comfortably that will probably be his new 'best' win. That's doubtful though, it's just a bad style matchup for him, even worse than Maidana.
