if you were to mach vitali(not wlad)with all the greats of the past,i think he would do very well....but that's not how you become an ATG.we can only judge them by what they have done in there career's. so my answer to the question is........**** NO. NOT IN A MILLION YEARS.
The K-bros. are bad-ass mo-fo's........... WORD! V.K. # 7 W.K. # 13 Vitali is tougher and meaner, while Wladdy is more skilled and athletic..... Wlad's jaw sucks compared to Vitali's jawbone...... MR.BILL
Wait until they retire. If Wlad say, unifies, and remains on top till, let's say, 2015, without a loss, or even 2016, that's 10 years or so on the top of the heavyweight division. Impressive even in the face of weak competitors. I can't say why he can't be ranked in the top 20, or top 15, of ATG heavies. Even in an era of weak competition, longevity counts. As for Vitali, his four year hiatus from boxing hurt his chances IMO for a higher ranking in his brother.
There really is no evidence for this so far. Very few "super heavyweights" have really made it- Lewis, Bowe, the Klits, to some extent a Buster Douglas. And look who beat these guys- Rahmen, Mcall, Holyfield, Brewster, Chris Byrd. People who say misguided things like "the heavyweight champion is playing basketball or football" don't realize that these are team sprots in which these atheletes are asked to to very, very little actual comparative work. Its very difficult for a man of that size to have the stamina to compete as a boxer.
Wlad has an era of his own, and will be remembered as a great of sorts. His wins are not that bad either. Sadly, i wonder about Vitlay. He has all the ability, but his resume is so very thin, and in the end, greatness comes down to wins. I hope he changes his mind and sticks around for a couple of more years. There may be no great opponent out there, but his case is better if he racks up a good body of work, like his brother.
