Bull****. During training is when most PED's would be the most useful, so if they were actually trying to catch cheaters (instead of doing the absolute bare minimum just to say they have testing in place) the best way would be random tests beginning as soon as a fight is signed and continuing all the way up until the day after the fight.

 

i wonder how pac fans and the media would feel about OSDT if it was floyd who turned it down instead of manny. floyd would get the barry bonds treatment for sure.
