i have a reason for asking.

 

ah...its nothing important.
its a page i started, about classic boxing...stories, yarns, folklore, artwork..that sort of thing....stuff i have gathered up over the years from either online on forums like this or other sites, or books i have in the house.
i have a lot of friends on there who are boxing fans...but also a lot who are not...and i dont want to be annoying the non-boxing people posting about that stuff all the time.....and my main fascination is in classic boxing.

anyway...its no big deal...i know i am among people here who have knowledge of classic boxing that would just embarrass me .....so this page may not be of interest really unless they'd like to add info to some of the posts.

ah...jesus....good man.....you had sean mannion living in mayo didnt you when he was training michael sweeney ?...i dont think he was travelling from galway for it.

i'm not too far from ballina...you anywhere near there ?
