So far we have quite a number of guys who are trying to defend Floyd Mayweather's actions, and put the steroid accusations into the context of opinions. Do you believe Floyd is guilt free when it comes to steroid accusations, or do you think Roger and the gang are guilty of defamation due to these comments:

Roger Mayweather "We gonna find out what he got in his system when the real doctors take the test and find out what he got in his system. I know he got something in his system anyway."

Floyd Sr. "I don't think he could beat little floyd if he got steroids in his system or not, he don't have that kind of talent"
"I honestly believe he is on something."
"I think they are pushing Pacquiao too hard, if he got roids in his system or not."

Floyd Jr. on Pacquiao coming up from 106 "Cause we know the philippines got the best enhancement drugs. please let me know. what are you talking about?"

Are these opinions that they expressed without making implications? Are these accusations that he is on steroids, and they are worried about it?

    again?

A defense recognized in most jurisdictions is "opinion". If the person makes a statement of opinion as opposed to fact, the statement may not support a cause of action for defamation. Whether a statement is viewed as an expression of fact or opinion can depend upon context - that is, whether or not the person making the statement would be perceived by the community as being in a position to know whether or not it is true. If your employer calls you a pathological liar, it is far less likely to be regarded as opinion than if such a statement is made by somebody you just met. Some jurisdictions have eliminated the distinction between fact and opinion, and instead hold that any statement that suggests a factual basis can support a cause of action for defamation.

    that will kill the suit

pac would have a suit against roach/arum if they said these statements

    not against the mayweathers

    sr. "in my opinion"

roger never said anything about "illegal"

floyd never made a direct accusation

and none of them are in a credible position

If Void is so good and can beat Pac easily, even if Pac is on roids, they why is Void willing to give up $40,000,000 by refusing to fight Pac. Didn't Void, Sr. say that he did not want Void, Jr. to fight Pac? Why was that?

Floyd agreed. It's Pac that refused... Get your FACTS right.

And yes, I already know your reply. But say it anyway.

Who cares, the point is everyone predicted Mayweather would pull out of the fight, and now you guys are acting surprised and trying to shift the blame.

Go look at all the articles of people saying "floyd doesn't want to fight manny, he wants a fight in the uk"

Get out of the herd, being a sheep is a shitty life.

Why does it always turn to a personal attack against me when you guys run out of talking points?

I made fun of the Avatar movie and the guys who liked it started to cry.
I made fun of Floyd Mayweather for making a stupid decision, and his fans all began to cry.

You think I talk **** about these things to impress you dorks? I do it to make sure you all come to me, so I can rip you up.

I don't want your friendship, I want to make fun of your stupid tastes.
