Are Pacquiao's accomplishments @ 147 really "that much" better than pbf's?

Floyd = entertainer (not really in the ring w/boring fights)
Manny = Boxer, Fighter and warrior.

Mayweather retired for nearly 2 years. He also moved up to 154 during that time as well.

To even compare is hating, and there's no need for it.

Mayweather has done more at 147. Even the ring, has Mayweather rated higher at WW than Manny. And that's just for what they have done recently.

It means he weigh in whatever he wants that is anything up to 147 pounds. Not up to 145 pounds.

When you are given the choice to weigh in and up to 147. It's a WW, if you weight below 147, that's your own choice, but being forced to weigh in under 147 is a catchweight.

That's why it's referred to as a catch weight, if it wasn't, people would just call it a WW fight... but it's not. It's a catchweight fight.

i did not question if its a catch weight or not what im saying is they fought at WW which is 141-147 pounds, arguing that they fought at 145 is not a welter weight is a farce, hell cotto barely weight in at 147 anyways so what is the big deal cotto is not allowed to go full 147?

Because one pound can make all the difference.

Clearly if it was no big deal, then why did Pac make him do it?

Who said Cotto vs Pacquiao is not a ww fight at a catch weight? We all agree it was a ww fight. But it was up to 145 pounds in which Cotto had no choice in which he can't weight up to 147 or 146. "Limit" means in any division is "up to that weight class". <<<Damn it's not so hard to figure that out.

There was no need for a catchweight. Which are stupid as it is.

If the point wasn't to drain Cotto if not slightly, what was the point?
