Are Pacquiao's accomplishments @ 147 really "that much" better than pbf's?

yes tony will be too slow for pac

no he didn't just use his speed...he used pretty good footwork to get angles on cotto..as for oscar he used his speed yes...hatton he used his speed and timing..he was able to set up hard shots (like the one that knocked ricky stupid) on Ricky by throwing that jab and getting Ricky to bite and than taking an advantage angle, than loading up which he had time to do with Ricky

clottey exposed him imo...clottey never let his hands go yet when he did he was able to find skin...if clottey can counter him floyd will have 0 problem doing it..

when u talk about "floyd knows manny got speed" or "floyd knows manny got this" thats nice but thats ur opinion..

as cocky as floyd is i doubt he thinks pac can touch him...u guys talk about how cocky floyd is in one sentence and in the next your talking about how he lacks confidence..

again..very little TECHNICALLY TO BACK YOUR POST...STILL FOCUSING ON
    "PACQUIAO'S SPEED"

FLOYD HAS A HUGE REACH ADVANTAGE AND THATS A FACT...ALL THAT STUFF U POSTED ABOUT PAC'S SPEED AND FLOYD BEING SCARED IS YOUR OPINION ...

FLOYDS REACH IS NO JOKE AS HIS ABILITY TO PRECISLEY COUNTER PUNCH..

PAC'S RESUME IS SLIGHTLY BETTER THAN FLOYDS, YES...

SHANE GOT THE STYLE..HE FEASTS ON GUYS WHO FIGHT LIKE MANNY..GUYS WHO GET AWAY FROM BOXING AND GET INVOLVED WITH EXCHANGES...AND IF U THINK SPEED ALONE CAN GET PAC OUT OF THAT THAN YOUR WAY OFF HOMIE.....ONCE PAC STARTS EXCHANGING WITH THE BIGGER AND STRONGER SHANE MOSLEY THAN ITS GOOD NIGHT:hat

    thats an opinon

another opinion with nothing to back it above

another opinion with nothing to back it...

a little better and actually some factual **** when u get inside this..

Just an example of why *******s arguments so weak...filled with opinions with very little to back it from a "technical boxing" view..

What can manny do to get inside of floyds reach?

Floyd has longer arms (fact) and he knows how to fight tall and stay behind a jab plus counterpunch)

floyd has the better counterpunching ability and the pull right counter is dangerous for any short jab...

Manny's jab is short...period..he throws it and the end of the jab isn't far from the shoulder at all...floyds pull right counter is perfect for coming over the top of a short jab..with pacs 67' reach he'll be given hell while floyd is using that 73' reach

though not fact above it's clear that the reach advantage will play a role in the fight...

Baldomir wasnt the 1 guy..he was above the 1 guy and ranked the champ...

    Boxrec had him the champ

    ring had him the champ

    espn had him the champ

it went like this when floyd fought zab though

    champion: Carlos baldomir

    1 antonio margarito
    2 zab judah

regarding catchweights, if it was Floyd demanding catchweights he would be crucified. double standards and hypocrisy.

Floyd is much more accomplished at welterweight (147lb)

Mayweather: Mosley (UD), Marquez (UD), Hatton (TKO10), Baldimor (UD), Judah (UD)

Pacquiao: Clottey (UD), Cotto (TKO12), De La Hoya (TKO8)

Floyd beat 2 lineal welterweight champs (Baldimor and Mosley) as well as IBF and IBO titles against Judah.

Manny won the WBA title from Cotto.
