Is there no criminal implication of roiding up for a boxing match considering the ill effects on their killer instinct and intent to inflict maximum damage on their opponent?

If damaging your opponent is your concern, then why stop at PED using. Are boxers aware of the damage they inflict on their opponent with or without?
i'm sure they're very aware of the damage they do while on PEDS. they just don't give a ****. i hope they meet some ****ed up crazy person one day that has the same frame of mind and carelessness towards them that they do towards fellow fighters.
