Are people serious with it being a bad stoppage?

It looked suspect until you pay attention to the replay in slow motion. I can understand why someone could call it a bad stoppage. My dad said it, and he's been watching boxing for 40 years.

If you pay attention to the replay, looking at taylors head, you can tell it was a perfect stoppage though since Taylor was literally unconscious.

 

I have seen thousands of boxing fights. Sometimes a guy who looks out comes too in the next few seconds. A count in Taylor vs Pavlik would have been better than the imeadiate stoppage of a downed fighter. What’s the danger in counting a fighter who’s already down? I see none unless the downed fighter needs medical attention ASAP, which in this case Taylor did not.

It’s a minor point. I’m pretty sure Taylor was done for, but without a count we can’t say for sure.

 

Did u guys listen to what Taylor said when he was still down on the canvas, he said that he got knocked out...that boy was out that's why his cornerman was smacking him to get hit to come to...Taylor was done...
