While I think Wlad is the true champ at heavy he does have subtle weaknesses that have been exposed in the past...I think Sultan will do well against Wlad and maybe even beat him as lesser fighters have given Wlad problems in the past...It's a pickem fight for me...Please discuss:good

Yes, I guess that they are! Ibragimov stands a good 30% chance of outpointing Wlad with his sneaky fast delivery, also Wlad will be trying harder than Briggs and Holyfield so there will be more mistakes and opportunities for Sultan to time him.

However, if he choses to pursue that, there's also a chance HE migh get timed by Wladimir, in which case he'd be in far more trouble than he was with Ray Austin.

Briggs' and Holyfield's power r way overrated, Briggs only KO'd Liakhovich because he was way out of shape and dead tired and we all know about Holyfield's recent opposition. But I can cut Sultan some slack because it's tricky to fight guys who do nothing but hang around and look for a lucky punch...

Still, I think getting dropped in the Austin fight changed Ibragimov a little, I think he's now decided that his gameplans will be built around his exceptional mobility and above average handspeed.

Against Wlad, hit & run is almost guaranteed, I'd be surprised if Ibragimov deviated from it unless he's certain Wlad is falling apart from a fast, hard punch volley. Iggy has a chance here with M. Diaz & J. Mayweather on his side and in the same way Guzman beat Soto or Floyd beat Oscar. Just that people are so into Wlad this, Wlad that, that they fail to realise, RealIzm

I've seen him against Austin, Briggs and Holyfield. He did not impress me in any of those fights. He lacks power and killer instinct, his chin is also far from solid. A few straight rights from Klitschko and it will be all over.

I think Sultan has a chance. Id say the odds favor Kitchko 2 to 1. I am not sure what Vegas has it, but I am sure it is much higher than that.

He doesn't but you gotta attack to hit that chin, as there's no way in hell Ibragimov can reach Klitschko's chin from the outside. As some of Klitschko's past fights have shown, one needs a really solid chin to get inside against Klitschko - something Ibragimov doesn't have. If Ibragimov somehow manages to run all 12 rounds, it will be a wide UD for Klitschko. Although I doubt that's gonna happen and Klitschko will eventually land the right hand. If Ibragimov tries to get inside, he will get hit early, most likely with a timed left hook.

I know common opponents don't always tell the story, but Sultan went life and death with Ray Austin, getting dropped in the process of being awarded a draw. Wlad KO'd Austin with one hand, throwing nothing but lefts and blowing Ray out early. Wlad won't be as slow as Briggs, nor as ancient as Holyfield. Wlad by KO is my prediction.

Funny that such polls show up before every Klitschko fight and mostly the same people always tell us how the other guy has a chance to win. Well, why don't you all put some money on Ibragimov to make the line on Klitschko by KO a bit better for me? :)

Sultan has a shaky chin and Wlad's chin is more breakable than brown paper bag. They also both have considerable skills and pop in their punches. I think Wlad's reach is going to be the main problem for Sultan, likewise Sultan's unorthodox style for Wlad. This should be a very interesting matchup.

  13. Sultans a BIG UNDERDOG here in Vegas, Klitchko is a 5-1 fav, it's not worth the risk to me to put 500 on him just to win a 100, bigger upsets have happened, Sultan at 6-0-6-1 is going to have to go thru hell trying to get past the 6-7 Klit and that hard straight jab, and even though Wlad's jaw is questionable, i haven't seen a whole lot of power from iggy to exploit it, i think Wlad stops him late..

Iggy is an alright fighter, probably the least dangerous of the all the other title holders. Iggy did say on FNF a couple weeks back that he had something special planned for Wlad, and when Brian Kenny asked what his strategy is to beat Wlad, he said " Its a secret, you will see come fight night". I give Iggy a chance, thats it. He possess none of the 3 keys to beating Wlad, which is Power, pressure, and a great chin. Wlad should destroy him in a pretty boring match, either 7th or 8th round knockout.
