I think that this stems from the haye/Harrison fight with alot of unhappy paying customers. For the record the upcoming khan isnt ppv worthy, is this a sign of things to come? Sky should be applauded for their decision.
I'm pleased but I doubt they are doing that because fans on forums said we were unhappy with it being on PPV. When it comes down to it Sky will continue to make decisions based mainly on financials.
there listening but not to boxing fans. boxing is the only sport that ever worked for them on PPV it very important they get the model right.
warren only does a co-promotion if hes involved in the main event. match room should have done the undercard for this and haye vs harrison.
No. They're listening to their business advisers. You think that if they had another Haye-Harrison opportunity, they wouldn't take it?
****s will charge £15 for wrestling though. As Rob said Boxing is only sport that's worked for them on PPV.
Sky always know what boxing fans want, it is just totally dependent on how deep they're prepared to dig into their pickets to give it. As the world has become more commercial they will always want to exploit the financial opportunities to grow and make profit for a company that is a profit making one. It should be no surprise really when we have to pay more.
