Are soft contact lenses allowed in amateur boxing?

    Hi

    Im from England and am meant to start amateur boxing next week. I am however shortsighted and wear soft contact lenses. Are there any rules stopping me from doin this?

    You dont think their allowed? Its not a problem if 1 falls out as i could see my opponent enough to not be a problem. But i guess they have min requirements for eyesight as well?
