Are the Jones and Hopkins fights on TV 2morrow?

How far is Australia ahead from the States? Will the Jones fight be shown during the day?

 

Hopkins is on Versus.
Who would have every thought we would have two all time greats like Hopkins and RJJ both fighting on a Wed night!

 

I'd happily watch Hopkins or Jones Jnr aged 65 fighting the fella from my local corner shop.

 

Australia is like 16 hours ahead of the Eastern time in North America. Apparently they are making the Green-Jones fight start at 6pm on Wednesday in Australia..that would mean that the fight offcially starts at 2am in North America, or approximately 2 hours from now !

If you don't want to know the results before viewing that fight, be careful where you go on boxing websites til' tomorrow night !!

 

They certainly won't say it on Versus before showing the fight...at least doubt it very much !

 

There's a thread here somewhere that says where you can view it..although you have to pay like $9.99 I think....

So the fights gonna start at 6pm AUS time or is that the event start time?

Its 4pm there now, i can't decide whether to stay up another couple of hours as it's already 5am here.

 

I just read 2 days ago...sorry can't remember where...but they were saying that Jones-Green would start at 6pm in Australia... No idea why...

 

Alrite, i might get to bed then...i can't seem to find the start time anywhere!

#1-cus its in austrailia no streams would be available!

#2-its IMPOSSIBLE NOT TO KNOW THE RESULT after the Hopkins fight ends! Versus telecast should show the Roy Jones fight 1st!

im try my best to live in a cave, then turn on a tv to watch VERSUS when it starts 8pm eastern! (thats 1am uk).

6pm is when the show starts, but expect LONGGGGGGGG undercard fights full of never heard/never ever will hear again local austrailian boxers.
kinda like the David Tua-Cameron "FIGHT :-(F THE CENTURY!" show.
