Falls just short of the top10 as of right now.

The way Wladimir is dominating, I am sure he gets in the top10 though.

Getting close, but the opposition just isn't there.

It pains me that Vitali has had the injuries and took the time out because of the two he is the superior imo.

Not top 15, no. Somewhere between 17 and 25 probably.

are you one of the guys who cannot tell the brothers apart?

how is vitali in top 15? by his 7 title fights? kingpin johnson, cruiserweight gomez, sam peter, corrie sanders, danny williams? in his prome and lewis over the hill and fat, he was giving an ass kicking....that says alot...

wlad if anything is around 20 right now....vitali isnt a blip on the radar with his horrible competition. beating arreola and peter are good wins...but that aint putting him in top.... u guys kill me :rofl

  11. Wladimir is a dominant heavyweight with no question. The opposition is not what is was in the 90's but Wlad deserves respect. In my opininon he a top 15 heavyweight. The elite HW's of the past probably beat him but for right he's earned his spot. For god's sake he has 54 wins(48 KO's). Sure he's been TKO'd but he came back better than ever. That's the making of an ATG.

Vitali has a great record and is dominant by all means but is in Wlad's shadow at the moment. He's probably a top 20-30 all time. His 5 year retirement hurt his cause but is still a monster.

borderline top 15 the pair of them id rate them similar to norton and witherspoon vlad is the better boxer but has a dodgy chin vitalis tougher but has slightly less boxing ability than vlad its not there fault that theres no competition to them the american heavyweights have never been so **** than they are now

Yep for ****s sake louis (who i adore) had to resort to a bum of the month club, while waiting fo the decent guys to come round. And ali who im sure we all will agree is in most peoples top 1-2-3 of all time, also had the same, imagine if the east euros had been able to compete since ww2 ?

I think Wlad will one day be looked on the way Holmes is now. Regardless of the division the guy has beaten every notable opponent during his reign (except perhaps Ruiz and Valuev) and that is still an impressive feat. I think he will be top 10

Vitali not so high because his resume is nowhere near Wlad's, but his comeback win over Peter (although not as significant as Tyson being youngest champion) is a notable achievement. If ability is important in ranking an ATG then Vitali is in the same boat as Tyson from my POV
