Haye wasnt Blown up. He was 12 pounds over the Cruiserweight division. He could easily move back down.
Cherry picking? You're having a laugh. He's defended against legitimate contenders time and time again.
I agree with this. I picked Wlad, but as the fought drawed closer, I found myself getting nervous about my pick, simply cause of the confidence Haye was displaying, it was as though he and Booth knew something the rest of us didn't, only whilst they convinced me they had a better chance that what they did, I also couldn't get it out of my head, how Wlads ability to control range, would make Haye have to fight his fight, or take chances, but irrespective of stylistic issues, I could never convince myself to pick Haye based on his credentials either, he'd only beaten Barrett, Valuev, Harrison, and an older John Ruiz, therefore the only conclusion I can come to, is that Haye's mouth coerced a lot of people into picking him. Haye kept talking about how Wlad has only fought bums, but look how many former champs, or current champs when he beat them, that Wlad had fought, yet you had Haye, a guy who'd beaten Harrison, Barrett, Valuev etc.
