Are the people who are backing Fury against Wilder just creating a meme?

I don't think it's out of hatred for Wilder for most people, a lot of people are just envisioning Fury as the slick, fast, focused Fury we saw vs Wladimir... and that isn't him anymore. I'm almost certain if Fury took the fight in the not so distant future, especially if he intends on fighting him in November, Wilder will KO him. I believe If Fury ever gets back to how he was (doubtful) he puts a clinic on Wilder.

 

I'd actually pick Wilder over in his absolute prime Fury, Fury was dropped by fkn Pajkic and Cunningham HARD, what's gonna happen when Wilder lands?

And Wilder isn't old Wlad who can't pull the trigger anymore, he'll throw and he will land.

 

He already outboxed the number one in the world at the time. And whether you lick wilders ass or not he is nowere near klitschko level we can all agree on that. Btw I slightly favour wilder but he has been outboxed by bang average guys and fury can box.

 

Fury is a bum, he’s most overrated hw ever. He did beat wlad but that was old shot wlad and I was not impressed with Fury in that fight. That was a very ugly fight, he did not impress me at all . Wilder by KO

 

Never doubt fury everyone was doubting him against vlad I was few if any who said fury would win "fury will take wlad to deep waters"

Fury just has something about him very awkward

 

its easy to say that but when you in ring with fury its different its the size of the man the reach the combination punching the leaning on you

Man, you can already bet on Fury vs Wilder and Fury is the CLEAR favorite at the betting market. So please don't act as it's something crazy to see Fury beating Wilder lol.

 

Wilder won't have that problem, he's almost as big as he is (or "tall" before you go correcting me).

Fury is a much better boxer, no doubt about that. But it ain't going to do him any good if he can't take shots from featherfisted cruisers and he's fighting a monstrous HW puncher.

That was a perfect shot and he was caught coming in it happens the amount of times wilder has been dropped and knocked out in sparring and ams wilder got knocked out by this small Russian light heavy In the ams

That Cunningham KD was hilarious, he was taunting him in the first round then got embarrassed. Fury definitely has the skills but the way he fights with his left so low and with all that size to give Wilder a huge target, a right hand is bound to land big on him. Wilder has been outboxed by lesser fighters for periods in their fights though so that's why this fight is so fascinating. Fury after Wlad I favored to outbox Wilder, but now I favor Wilder.

 

Wilder is a strong guy, size isn't the only thing determining strength. Wilder is just an all around athlete (other than his awkward coordination), it wouldn't surprise me at all if he could hang in there with Fury strength wise. To give you an example look at TC and Horn, TC manhandled the thicker set Horn quite easily. So appearances can be deceiving.

Fury isn't going to try and manhandle him anyway, that's not his style. He's gonna box him, and he will outbox him, I have no doubt about that but Wilder will be catching him from time to time and one of them is gonna put him out I reckon. Wlad wasn't able to catch him clean, he was just too slow at that point, he wasn't taking no right hands from Wlad all night long, that's just false.
