Are the toughest, most ruthless fighters still from Philly?

    I know they had B-Hop, and he does embody everything about a philly fighter, to me anyways, from the stories I heard.

    But besides him, who else? Danny Garcia? I'm trying to think who else?

    Are they just living off an old reputation built up in the 70s and 80s?

    Obviously, the toughest guys now usually come out of impoverished, third world countries, but for arguments sake let's just say toughest in US and UK
