Are there any heavyweight boxers other than Rocky Marciano that had a signature right hook?

Signature...not that I can think of. But I have seen Tyson and Holyfield throw them.

Orthodox boxers? Very few if any. Tyson with the right hook to the body followed by right uppercut to the head combo but that was a 2 punch combo.

Perhaps not a signature punch of Tua's but David Tua's knockout of Michael Moorer was actually a orthodox right hook and not a straight right as people think. His elbow was heavily bent as he hooked Moorer into unconsciousness.

Zhang has a good right hook but he's a Southpaw so i'm not sure if you're only looking for orthodox fighters.

In that case, Michael Moorer had a strong right hook - he badly hurt Botha with it.

Zhang has the hardest southpaw right hook ever - see the second round ko of Joe Joyce.

I think Moses Itauma has a strong right hook, and while he is green, it will develop into a major weapon.

 

Povetkin threw every punch in the book, a right hook included. He could really punch around the guard.
