Are there any rumors/stories of recognized iron-chinned fighters KD'd in sparring?

Stories and rumors are just that but Ollie resigned for the session once against Tyson in his career as his sparring partner for an accidental punch to i believe the spine?

I know there is film on YouTube just search "Oliver Mcall quits against Tyson"

 

Jim Corbett is supposed to have ko'd Jim Jeffries in a handball court when Jeff was his sparring partner,two witnesses attested to it.
Vitali Klitschko was floored by Travis Walker and Renaldo Butler in sparring.
Marciano was floored by Toxie Hall ,his sparmate. Sonny Liston was floored by Ray Patterson in a spar.

Actually was Mccall who did hurt Tyson several times, Oliver was an usual sparring partner for Tyson because he always was ready and tough enough. And i heard that trevor berbick was a Tyson sparring partner in the early 90s and Tyson looked horrible

 

There is a rumor(i think that it is false) that Carlos Monzón knocked down Joe Frazier
