Are there NEW belts (the physical belt itself) for each champion?

    It's the promoters job to supply a belt to the new champ. Promoters pay the sanction fees not the fighters!

    outrageous iv heard of sanctioning fees being around 100k and more and they still have to buy the belt

    i heard a story that when naz beat steve robinson for the wbo title he wasnt fully aware of the procedures with regards to the the belt and left the arena with the belt and held onto for a subsequent week until robinson got in contact with him to ask for it back
