In the beginning of 2012 with Floyd having just KO'd Ortiz and Manny having just controversially beaten JMM... Do these PPV numbers seem realistic? PPV buys = 2,750,000 PPV COST = $85 Gate= $24 mil Are these realistic? Too high? Too low?
Funny that no one responds despite so many threads on PPV numbers. Maybe this will draw some responses... Based on those numbers, which I view as realistic, the $40 mil offer was a total joke and not meant as a serious negotiation (I mean, it was a phone call from a fighter ffs. Since when does a fighter of Floyds stature...or any fighter, negotiate his own fights on the phone) Works out to less than 70-30 but Floyds idiotic legion of followers use this as evidence. Just as dumb as Pac's "fight for charity" bs.
