http://www.everlast.com/protex2-training-gloves.html Well I'm getting tired of having my hands smelling like ass after practicing. So decided to start shopping for some gloves. If anyone could recommend any, pleae do
If you get one of the higher end pair, the ones that go for around $80 or so and I think re sparring gloves they should mold to your hand as you use them.
That's cause they're vinyl. Vinyl is about as low end as they'll come, I would think there's a decent chance they'd get rips in them from use.
If you're going to box at all seriously, just invest in a good pair of gloves. They'll last for years and protect your hands from injuries.
I take boxing very serious, but I'm going into the Air Force next year, so won't have much time for it
i have yet to find a pair to last me that long...any suggestions? 12 oz gloves in which i can hit the bag however hard I want. everlast sucks
Paloalto - I recommend these gloves very highly - http://www.ringside.com/prodinfo.asp?number=MFTG E If you can stretch to $99, I would advise you to go for them. They are a slim fitting glove, so size should't be an issue.
One of the guys who trains at my gym has a pair of those, the only problem is that I can't fork over $99
