from what i have heard tito doesn't really like cotto, he picked zab judah to beat cotto, when ever he see's a puerto rican fighting he always puts them down, i think he is alittle insecure that one of them might become the next best puerto rican.

Probably, although i think Tito is held up on such a high pedistal from the Puerto Rican fans, Cotto will have a ton of work to do in order to be looked at the same as Trinidad, he is a national hero.
