IMO in terms of striking, the best MMA guys can't compete with elite boxers. I think that's the main difference.

Well hasn't boxing been on a downfall since about a fifty years ago? So automatically, mma must be a lot more "elite" than boxing.

A completely pointless thread considering Brock Lesner retired the other day after 5 fights. Mma guys dont last long considering they dont get ebough recoperation time or money.

 

Not to mention only a handful of them actually know how to box
