Fighters like Jacobs ando saunders, are they all waiting for the biggest payday against canelo similar to ww used to wait for a mayweather fight?
I think they are angling for a fight with Canelo. Only problem is, Canelo doesn't have the bottle to fight a world-level middleweight at 160; Canelo and Oscar will try and hard-nose any such oppenents down to 155 or 156.
Alvarez isn't going to fight Golovkin anytime soon and the sanctioning organization isn't going to force him to. It's not right but it is what it is. Golovkin should go ahead and fight what fighters that are willing to face him at 160 and then move up to 168 where there will be plenty of fighters willing to get into the ring with him and where he can begin to establish how great he really is.
