    blood sampling 10 times to make Wlad weak is only chance for him.

    It is Wlad who is champ and defended his titles dozen times. Official blood and urine sampling is enough for Pulev.

    Pulev is just getting his excuses in order before he gets knocked spark out. After he will claim only a man on drugs can hit that hard.

    No it isnt. It's called being smart. Pulev can't force Wlad to do them so Wlad is basically just telling him to go fu.ck himself. He has pulev inconveniencing himself and wasting his time with tests he doesnt have to take. With Wlad refusing the tests he also places a seed of doubt in Pulev's mind so he starts thinking "oh sht Wlad is on PEDs too, in addition to all the other advantages he holds, now I have next to no chance".
