Lol it's amazing how many people here fall for the bait. As a Brit I admit that a number of us are guilty of over hyping a lot of our fighters. Prime example would be Hatton going into his fight with Mayweather. Nonetheless, it could be argued that our American counterparts are just as guilty in this regard. Let's not forget the hype that surrounded fighters such as Michael Grant, Jeff Lacy, Kelly Pavlik and Victor Ortiz. Over-hyping fighters is all part of the fun of posting on ESB, so I have no problem with it. It's even more fun when the over hyped fighter gets brutally exposed (eg Khan), so I've learned to just roll with it.

I think a lot of us are biased in favour of our fighters (which comes from support and loyalty), but I also think we have a lot more respect for fighters in general than most American posters
