Yo according to the ****** antagonist's philosophy Floyd and Manny shouldn't fight either Paul Williams or Sergio Martinez. Just keep fighting guys like Hatton, Cotto, and Margarito. ******ed.

Headbanger your too rough on these minions, make it easier for them and say 5 top wins for the 8 fighters combined .
Still they have to learn to swim with the big fish in the ESB ocean at some point I suppose :smoke.

lol swim with the big fish guess that means to downgrade fighters accomplishments see alot of negativety on this site and not nearly enough credit to the legends.

Wrong again. :patsch I can see this is going to be wasted on you, but lets give it a try.
It means to give real credit where its due, to real fighters not media creations, to not be fooled by hype jobs, HBO, Ring magazine etc :good.
Theres no negativity just positivity when exposing a hype job.
Now I havent seen anyone call Hopkins a hype job, and Im not calling him a hype job, but it is fact that he fought alot of naturally smaller fighters to build his legacy :deal. Easy wins over big names ie. Smoke and mirrors.
    :gsg You get it now?

Bernard was 6 foot 1 he was a big middleweight Your going to critisize Bernard for fighting two guys who cameup from welter but who were really jr middlweights when he fought them Trinidad was successful in the middlweight tournament had fought at that weight before. But u say hagler fighting hearns was ok in your books when hearns was coming from jr middlweight as well and came from welterweight. Ray Leonard came from welterweight two those were haglers biggest fights as well im not gonna sit here and downgrade either of those fights because they were great fighters.

I havent made any comment at all about Hagler :patsch. Get your facts correct.
Trinidad had only had one MW fight ever at that time, beating Joppy, but before fighting Hopkins there was a dispute found with how his hands were wrapped claiming to give additional punch power.
There was obviously something not right because he had to rewrap his hands, and Joppy always had suspicions
So Oscar and Trinidad, 2 guys that both had only one MW fight previous.
Trinidad as noted above, who didnt do much else as a MW because it was above his natural size,
Oscar who after Hopkins never fought as high again because it was above his natural size :deal

How can I be doing that.
I credit Calzaghe for going up to a weight he hadnt fought before, and beating the #1 LHW, Hopkins.
But its hard to give credit to a guy who started his career at LHW beating a great fighter who started his at SFW, 7 weight divisions different :nut, and who never fought so heavy again

fact is Trinidad was indeed undefeated and was multi division champion and had a huge following the handwrap situation was contreversial but im just goign by what trinidad did in tha ttime period when hopkins fought him.

These 2 guys are ****ing clowns. I've seen that bailey character washing Floyd or Manny's balls (can't remember which one because I skim his posts) in another thread.

    Trinidad really struggled at middleweight.
