NSAC allows a T/E ratio of 6:1, USADA allow 4:1 before they do a carbon isotope ratio (CIR) test (what caught Peterson's use of synthetic testosterone) - so if these two bodies were doing the testing for Khan - Peterson 2, Peterson would never have tested positive as his T/E ratio is below both NSAC's (6:1) and USADA's (4:1) permitted levels, hence no CIR test would have been initiated. Should these institutions lower there T/E ratios or simply do what VADA do and conduct CIR test from onset of testing?

  2. WADA r the ones who caught peterson - they passed on results 2 VADA.

your mistaken, VADA caught Peterson and passed on results to NSAC.

  4. "The samples from Peterson and Khan were taken to a WADA (World Anti Doping Agency) drug testing lab in Los Angeles and split into “A” and “B” samples, Schaefer said.

The “A” results were reported back to the Volunteer Anti Doping Association, or VADA, on April 12."

Yes the samples were taken to a WADA lab, but VADA instructed that a CI test was to be carried out. This would usually only happen if the T/E levels were not correct.

Because Peterson was using a pellet that slowly releases 2mg of test a day, his T/E levels would have been perfectly acceptable if this was the only test that was carrried out.

The Lab is accredited by WADA, but tests done under VADA supervision. VADA has a more stringent testing policy then WADA (hence USADA) and NSAC (who have the least stringent policy).

What was Peterson's ratio? I guess I haven't seen this, I just assumed it was significantly higher.

Peterson's ration is below NSAC's 6:1 and USADA's 4:1, so if they were doing the testing, he wouldn't have tested positive. There is a theory among many sports testers that athletes are juicing up to the 4:1 ratio or close to it so as not to trigger a positive result ( i.e. to get the max benefit of juicing without getting caught), and in doing so initiate a CIR test. VADA just went and straight did the CIR test, which found the synthetic testosterone in Lamont's system.

i don't think lamont has ever used ped/steroids, just look at him.

his head appears normal in size.

he doesn't have a devastating knock out power.

he hasn't really gone up in weight and tear through different divisions.

...i think the urine test were wrong, they should have done a blood test. i hope lamont with the help of floyd sr. fight this charge and have this sh!t overturned.
