Are we expecting the best Ricky Hatton ever this coming May 2nd?

It must be down to Pacs total domination of Oscar. Even if you believe Oscar was finished in that fight it has to be admitted that it was a great performance by Pac. I think like most neutral observers that this fight is a lot closer than the odds suggest and with the high odds offered on Hatton it is definately worth a punt.

yea Hatton will definitely put it all out there.

This is his shot at being a Legend,He is fighting an aggressive fighter who at some point he will be able to catch up to.

I haven't looked forward to a fight like this in a while,I still give Pac the advantage due to speed and foot movement.

I also think his power will be more than Ricky and Floyd Sr anticipate.

 

I agree that his inside fighting is not that good, he tends to lean on and grab his opponents rather than show any good inside work. This in turn makes some of his fights messy especially against opponents who are as physically strong as him.
But I tend to disagree with you on the body punching thing. He is a great body puncher at times and stopped quite a few opponents before winning a world title with body punches. If he can land any effective body punches against Pac is another question, as stated earlier we have all heard Roach commenting on Rickys body punching and I am sure they will have trained to defend against this.

 

Hatton is a great body puncher, thats how he has dismantled most of his oponents. your a Ricky Hatton hater if you cant apreciate that he is a class boxer.
