Not sure if I'm underestimating JMM, cause I don't think he has a better then 1 in 20 shot of beating floyd but based on the wieghin he at least did look big enogh to hurt Floyd if he lands enough well placed shots.

I was happily supprised by that (i.e. how big, strong and healthy he looks).

I would say legitimately the other factor with this whole weight thing is that maybe Floyd had a really **** training camp and isn't going to be sharp....doubtful but I'd certainly be perpared for that to be the real meaning of this weight issue.

Marquez has been a miracle man the last few years. He hasn't been in top form - but he's had amazing success anyway. The miracle could continue, I'm not ruling it out entirely - it's just one more thing to put on the negative side... Basically everything is on the negative side..

if marquez wasnt the age he was, hadnt jumped 4 divisions, and wasnt fighting the best pure boxer since pernell whitaker he would some kind of chance....maybe a lucky punch, or if he cuts him and fight is stopped...but hes not gonna win a 12 round decision . i hope im wrong...id love to see JMM knock his dick in the dirt....but it aint happeneing

I think he has a somewhat decent shot. I think around a 25-30% chance of pulling it off.

I think one thing that people aren't focusing on is the layoff. PBF may be in great shape, but that isn't always enough. We can't just assume he'll do a Sugar Ray Leonard and come back sharp after a long layoff...I expect him to start off slow and show some ring rust. Expect JMM to capitalize.

I watch Hatton-PBF again yesterday and PBF had some problems early on there...he wasn't blowing Hatton out until he got warmed up. Expect PBF to take a few rounds before really being effective.
