Which leads to the obvious conclusion that someone else ain't that great, at least as a middleweight. SRR is a bit oversold.

I may or may not regret this but I think Tank is one of the best I’ve ever seen…sometimes money changes a man though. So we shall see how long he can maintain this level of fighting. That being said that weight division all time is stacked so to say he’s the best ever would be a stretch I’m not willing to make at all.

Usyk may just be the h2h GOAT. I don’t think it’s possible for men today to top past greats in achievements as Usyk will never fight 30 plus ranked men at hw. But there isn’t a man that ever existed that I wouldn’t be surprised he beat

Thanks for a very ambitious break down.

As I said before: wins and losses over guys in the same top 10 matters little when comparing to the top 10 in another era. Just shows activity.

What can give one era the edge is wins over other eras.

But I've explained this several times already so won't expand on it anymore.

What I wrote about the importance of the 1-1 was that it wasn't better "Than a 2-2 or 3-3? Which is the real comparison here. No. Nor the opposite."

But you have had problems with reading comprehension throughout this thread.

My reading comprehension is just fine. I literally asked you if you put any stock in McCallum and Kalambay going 1-1 and you directly said no, before then saying that this would also be the case if they went 2-2 or 3-3. I had even asked you before in the most straightforward way possible whether or not you considered a 5-5 series the same as just them not fighting at all since they even out, and you didn't even answer that properly.

If what you meant was actually ''No. I do credit those wins, I just wouldn't put more stock in the series if it went 2-2 or 3-3 '', then that's just you having writing problems. So stop being an ass, and maybe try to actually contribute in the future instead of exclusively telling someone to do all the work before you act so smug. For someone that has at times accused posters in Classic of behaving like your average poster on General, you sure as hell don't act much differently.

Kenshiro has come pretty close to eclipsing Woo-Yuh as the 108 GOAT imo. He spent his whole career at 108 and made 14 successful title defences. Wins over the likes of Yabuki, Olascuaga, Canizales, Buddler, Guevara, and Kyoguchi are all quite impressive. If he had stuck around a little longer and gone undisputed I think he would have had a very solid argument for it.

You're the one who made the claim, but only provide half the story to begin with.

If I had claim ed that one era was greater than the other it would be very reasonable to ask me to put out something that didn't tell only half the story, but I didn't.

Amd when you claim that I dismissed a series when I did no such thing and provided the actual quote, you could just apologise for that but instead get indignant, which is kind of pathetic

But now I'm actually go at least a bit General and politely ask you to **** off since you're a bit of a waste of time that refuse to take in what anyone else is saying. You were an absolute disaster when excusing the **** out of Duran for Montreal, and while you actually made at least some worthwhile contributions here you have been enough of a jackass here as well.

    Bye..

What a spineless and self absorbed response. You were having a go at me from the beggining of this thread, and you have had other goes at me a few times after the Duran thread. Out of those times, when have I ever been anything less than fair with you ? I've never called you names, never insulted your intelligence, never questioned your credibility as a poster, never started a fight with you in a random thread, never pointed out that you were obviously having a go at me, and never name called you behind your back to humiliate you. Not saying that you've done everything I just mentioned.

I've only been a jackass against certain posters who have it coming and the odd time when I'm in a bit of a trolling mood just to have fun, which I never do for extended periods of time. Only time that I probably did indeed make a real jackass out of myself was in that one Marciano thread against GCC when he continued the Marciano hate cycle without knowing his intentions. Out of my 1200 posts, that is literally the only time I did indeed probably go too far.

I've literally always been good with you. I called you out once on the Duran thread for your clear double standards, as you were obviously buying Leonard's excuses for losing in Montreal while not believing Duran's, despite there being evidence against both of them lying for both fights. Go again and see the amount of likes my posts regarding that got in that thread, and by which posters, to see how many people thought I was a indeed a disaster. And that is literally all that I ever did with you, and it was just a discussion between the two of us instead of a hateful back and forth. So instead of taking it like a man and moving on, you decided to hold a grudge against me that you only revealed today.

Those ''but show the losses'', ''maybe the 40's are better than the 90's" etc posts were just you having a go at me. You would not have done this with just any other poster. Not to mention, I was literally answering the things addressed in your posts and you didn't even address them. I asked you a few simple questions and you didn't even answer them properly. Then you tell me I have a bad reading comprehension and that I should apologise for your crappy responses ? And then you have the gall to call me a jackass ?

Get a damn life dude. I'm done reading any of your posts ever again.
