Nope. Idiot. That's not my motive. I want to see him in a good fight. And there are no challenges (stepping up) at MW, which obviously fills you with glee (because then he can beat Hopkin's title defense record that much easier right..whoopty focking do). The fact of the matter is, fans want to see good fighters in good fights. I am a fan of the sport, I don't want to pay to see GGG vs Brook (and I won't). I did want to see GGG vs Canelo at 155, 160 or whatever. GGG is a "small" MW, that 5 lbs should be no sweat. Did I think Canelo would win? No. But, I wanted to see a match up worth watching. I did want to see GGG vs Ward, at 164, 168 or whatever. Now, we know Ward probably can't get down there to 164. But, guess what GGG said he could do 168 (against lesser fighters than Ward of course..except Edwin Rodriquez, who had to be at 164...lol)? So, bingo, weight issue solved. Right? Nope. Again another potential great match up involving GGG out of the window. I'd like to see GGG vs Lara. But, Lara doesn't bring enough money, was the excuse. Yet, Wade does. FOH. I'd watch GGG vs Jacobs. Good fight. But, Jacobs is in no rush. We know this. So...do something else! Take a leap, a risk, to produce a better fight than Dominick Wade. Brook is taking a huge risk in this fight and he really does not have to. There are legitimate challenges at WW. Spence for starters. GGG needs a b@ll transplant with Brook as the donor. I don't care if he equals or surpasses Hopkins at MW, and there are plenty of fighters at MW that are good matches for GGG, now and for the future, the prospects at MW are far more interesting than any coming along at SMW. You DON'T have to pay for GGG vs. Brook, if you already have a subscription to HBO, and I'm assuming you do, if you don't then what kind of Boxing fan are you? You want GGG to drain himself because you want to see Canelo beat him, and that's the only slight chance he'd have, shameless of you, Canelo can move his fat ass up 6 pounds. Even I'm willing to admit Ward would probably GGG, which is why you wanted to see it, no other reason. Lara wouldn't last 3 rounds with GGG, if you think he's a threat to GGG, you're deluding yourself. Jacobs wouldn't be as competitive with GGG as BJS would, there's a reason why Jacobs doesn't like facing guys with skill or a punch, his chin is so worthless that anyone with ability to land a shot probably KO's him. Wade was a mandatory, if you don't comprehend that, then you need a brain transplant.
I am most certainly a fan of the sport. I like what I see in GGG. But, I can't rightly get behind guys who never want to step up. Sent from my SM-G935V using Tapatalk
This! :deal But this makes far too much sense for ESB. Golovkin ducked Lara saying he has no draw, but everyone with 1/2 brain knows that Golovkin Vs Lara would definitely do more than the 90,000 that Golovkin-Lemieax did. Canelo Vs Lara PPV did 300,000. Golovkin is in a lower league than Lara in PPV numbers. Some say that Ward has no draw, but historically Ward fights have outpaced Golovkin fights also. When K2 says a potential Golovkin opponent has no draw, what they mean is Golovkin has no draw and needs an opponent like Canelo or Froch to offset for Golovkin's poor fan base.
Yeah, it's despicable to support a fighter who wants to unify all titles in a division. I mean, that's so common and easy to do. atsch Jesus christs..... when a fighter is criticized for doing something most fans WANTED, or at least used to respect back in the day, things have taken a turn for the worse. New fans sicken me... atsch
Just a bunch of excuses rationalizing why GGG shouldn't do anything but face the Wades of the division or bring up more WWs. Lol. No wonder the guy skirts challenges, feeds on cans and collects paper belts without a care in the world. Shameful. And GGG is not draining himself. The focking guy is a "small MW" remember, who will fight anyone from 154-168. Lol. Bullsh!t. Sure, Canelo could've made 160 with ease. But, guess what, Canelo is the focking boss. Those are just the politics of the sport. But, GGG would rather not respect those politics, and just get the free belt. Lol. Shameful. I know Ward was too much for GGG. I didn't need to see it. Just like I knew Mayweather is and always was too much for Manny. But, since so many thought it would be close and competitive, it would have been worth watching. GGG could've still moved back to 160 and been the man. No shame in losing his zero to Ward. Jacobs is the bigger fight. That's why I would rather see that one first. Fighters delay mandatories all the time, in lieu of better opportunities. Cut the damn excuses man. It is what it is... Sent from my SM-G935V using Tapatalk
Aside from Ward, who is two divisions above (not to mention HBO having the final say as to when they will fight, to which they said they wanted to wait BTW), what challenges did he "skirt"?
no one cares what you think nallege... quit begging for attention child... BTW, most people are fans of multiple fighters *sshole... except f*ggot like you who hate everyone.
I already ran down the list of potentials in previous posts. He is indeed avoided at MW. But, as I said, Canelo at 155 is not something he should have balked at. Lara was ignored basically and deemed unworthy. He himself says he is "too small" for 168 (unless Froch unretires or JCC Jr retires the pink panther undies and gets back to being the shame of a legend). Sent from my SM-G935V using Tapatalk
Gennady can only fight those with stones enough to face him. Kudos to Kell Brook for stepping up. Its a pity the Prima Donnas & cowards like Canelo, Cotto & the so called 160 hierarchy do not have the courage. They would love him to retire LOL Watch Pollo Canelo suddenly become a middleweight if GGG did retire Just admit it GGG is head & shoulders above the rest & theres nothing you can do about it GGG!!!!!
You ,as a Cheater Mayweather fanatic, have the gall to accuse GGG of " not daring to be great' :rofl:rofl If that scumbag cheat had half the cojones GGG does he might really be called an ATG But Floyd had to cheat & duck to get his bogus success.
