Make a poll with two options for Pac vs Marquez III winner. Then you can find the casuals.

    LMAO!

I was going to suggest something like that.

You notice how all the *******s steer clear of threads like this.:rofl

P.S. I'm a Hardcore fan of some fighters, and a bit more casual with others.

I will if I can get it on my usual subscription, although I wouldn't usually go out of my way for Chavez Jr.

I'm old enough to remember Chavez Snr who is one of the reasons I became a big fan of the sport. Snr is one of my all time favourite fighters.

I remember my first Chavez Sr fight was when ITV showed him fighting Rosario.Great days when you had full top drawer cards on terrestrial TV.

We're dusting cobwebs now. Those were the days. My parents would let me stay up all night for the boxing on weekends.

75% of the way towards Hardcore, I've taken a great interest in what happens before fights, and the business side of Boxing.
I've boxed myself and have ambitions to train others to do the same.
I don't have any interest in watching straw weights, nor will I watch two Japanese Bantumweights I've not heard of.
I love to break down fights and fighters.
My knowledge is pretty good, and I readily admit that I'm still learning.

I think there should have been a /s after that post.

I think im in the middle also. Not quite hard core, not quite casual I also watch all the big fights and some others real causal fans wouldnt watch or know who were boxing.

I've never boxed but I truly love boxing as a sport and love to be fan of it.

Probably somewhere between the two. I've liked boxing since I was a little kid. I remember Leon Spinks VS Muhammad Ali... my parents HATED Ali and were screaming at the TV for most of the fight. I wouldn't really say I'm a hardcore fan, though. Most people I know who enjoy boxing at all are casual fans i.e. will occassionally buy a PPV fight if both fighters are very well known or get hooked by some aspect of the promotion. I'm partially in this category, but I also enjoy watching fights between boxers I have never heard of... I even like watching amateur boxing (Golden Gloves, Olympics, etc). To some casual fans, this may seem hardcore, but compared to many people on this message board I am far from hardcore.
