I'm a massive fan but I don't like all this catch weight business. If he doesn't want to fight at 147 he should stay at 140.
I don't think anyone is a flat-out Pacquiao hater. How could you be? He is ferocious, the most exciting fighter in the game AND the pfp #1. He has an amazing blend of skills, boxing smarts and physical talent. That being said, I prefer to watch JMM simply because his boxing is like artwork. But I root for both guys. I also prefer watching Mosley and Hopkins too, however.
Yeah that was what gave me the idea of this thread. But I hadn't mentioned anything about "nuthuggers", I said "this board is heavily pro-Pacquiao" and you responded "I don't think it is". Well, the poll results prove beyond doubt that ESB is heavily pro-Pacquiao. And rightfully so.
Surely not a Bobby Pacquiao fan! Manny Pacquiao-an exciting warrior to watch inside the ring.. and I'm a pacfan. "ESB is heavily pro-Pacquiao"?????--ESB is heavily pro-JMM, pro-Mayweather, pro-Darchinyan, pro-Williams, etc, because this is a boxing forum, and I guess anyone here does have multiple favorite fighters..
No. But I respect what he's achieved in boxing. I could never be a fan because I wouldn't want to be associated with those ******s and the level of blind idiocy.
I am but i'm getting a bit tired of Freddy Roach ... but I think he's a good fighter, not as great as many people think but all in all a good fighter.
this result doesn't prove the board is pro-Pacqiuao. We were talking about Pac vs JMM. Alot of people who voted that they are fans wrote comments like "Yea I'm a fan but I am a bigger fan of Marquez." Alot of people are big fans of both Marquez and Pacquiao. I am one of those people. In fact I would say that most boxing fans are fans of both. So does that make people pro-Pacquiao and pro-Marquez? The poll question leads to an irrelevant conclusion. You should have asked your question differently, something like "were you being biased towards Pacquiao when you scored Pac vs JMM". Or "Are you pro-Pacquiao, pro-Marquez, or neutral?"
