Hatton's limited defensive skills are an issue and Hattons guys know it. Hatton is going all out for an early KO IMO, i get butterflies just thinking about this fight
Just like you predicted that Baldo was going to beat PBF and Oscar as well right? You're right on que with picking against PBF aren't you? I'm sure if he faced Quintana you'd find a reason to pick against him there to right?:-( You really love to be wrong especially since you say you know so much about the sport. You're a ****ing idiot and have little credibilty here not to mention you saying Roy Jones Jr isn't a top 100 ATG.lol:atsch
I'm damn ready for the fight, cant wait:good I'll be rooting for Ricky all the way, and feel as though its going to the wire and could possibly deliver excitement worthy of the hype. 24/7 is great for promoting fights. It gives more casual fans a way to find interest and relate, while giving hardcore fans a way of seeing these guy's more as people. I wouldnt mind 24/7......SEVEN DAYS A WEEK.. Just joking. But it should be a part of the big fight process:happy
Everyone makes these thread and aren't even confident in there picks. How can you ask if we're ready for an upset - then in the same thread say - YOU THINK Hatton can pull it off. You have to have a little bit more confidence in your pick. That only leave room for excuses is he loses. I still take Mayweather by UD - in a very good fight.
Hatton isn't going to win a round Orishaman, this has as much weight as you picking Baldomir over Floyd. He's always squared up, he's open at all angles, he's weak to the body, he has no effective jab to supress speed and get inside, he's a very sloppy puncher from the outside, he's sloppy in general and he's at a size disadvantage. Mayweather TKO 9, a complete and utter beatdown. Hatton is not an elite fighter.
People do this **** all the time. They pick the underdog in the hopes that they somehow win so that they can brag about how they called the upset. Notice how this threadstarter didn't even give any sound analysis as to why he picked Hatton. All he did was mention some bull**** about Tyson and Douglas. This of course is a bogus example as Buster Douglas was the taller man, with the longer reach and a much better jab. He was also going against a man who, at the point in his career, had a habit of charging in without a jab or much head movement. Sound familiar? Although his Pac nuthugging annoys me, at least PacDbest gives detailed analysis when he picks an upset.
conventional wisdom should tell you who the winnner would be, i see you are the type to go against the grain, and you just like to do the reverse thing no matter if it makes scense or not huh :huh pbf losing to injury lol you how manytimes have you watched hbo 24/7 lol. most of the fighters are boring outside the ring and not pbf thats why hes on 24/7, he like a reality show.you love him admit it, either to love him or hate him but you love pbf and will continue to watch him. to win or lose you will watch him and thats whats its all about.the next 24 7 would be pbf vs cotto, pbf will be in the 1st 3 then other fighters can do it, if they dont have boring lifes. life style flashy :good
hatton wont win the way hatton comes forward with these so called angles will be abandoned after 5rounds, his short reach and lack of jab will be his downfall,i think mayweather will be left hook happy in this fight, if his back touches the ropes i think he will jump with a leaping left hook which will catch hatton all night hatton's problem is that his arms are short which means that if he cant get close to mayweather to land his devastating body blows he aint landing anything i see mayweather taking 2,3 rounds to find his timing and eventually his movement and accuracy added with hattons average defense stopping this fight going the distance
I think hatton can do it, no doubt, Mayweather is the better fighter but he's taking on a big challenge. Hatton is determined, tough and is ready to go to the well to get the victory. Hatton fights with his heart on the line in every fight. I havent seen Mayweather do that for a long time, and I think he'll struggle with a guy who wont let him get comfortable and who wont give him room to use his skills.
mayweather will create his own room, hatton isnt as fast on his feet as mayweather is,plus cant fire shots off as fast as mayweather can
I hope Hatton wins, but I think this may just be another boring fight, were PBF runs away and wins on points.
The funniest moment for me was when Hatton stated how Floyd said he was gonna come to fight but in reality he would run run run,so he (Hatton) had employed to of the greatest sparing partners he could in Forrest Gump and Carl Lewis, but Floyd could run and run all he liked but he'd have to hit the ropes at some point and that's the point i'll batter him. ****ing golden moment you could actualy see PBF shrink as he said it.
