this fight is a mismatch....u will never see it cuz mosely will not beat clottey but floyd would dominate him...cotto outboxed him...he is a bit past it right now and just getting rusty...i know he beat cheato but he also struggled with mayorga and lost to cotto just before that and half of ESB was calling for his retirement

We have our own preferences but for some of us, we wanted Floyd to fight someone else instead of JMM...

You pointed out ring rust as the main reason you wanted Floyd to face JMM first but I don't think it will matter most... Heck Sugar Ray Leonard went straight to Marvin Hagler after 3 years out of the ring!!

So because one person does it that means someone else can hey?

Well if that the case Pac fought at 147 coming up from 135 so why cant Marquez?:patsch

The double standard is so sickening you cant even see your doing it :rofl

I don't think Floyd-Mosley is a mismatch... Even if Mosley is already old, he still enjoy some advantages over Floyd like for example size and power... Mosley is also not far behind in terms of speed...

BTW, I also pick Clottey to defeat Mosley... just like the time I picked Clottey to defeat Cotto...

Well considering Mayweather has said he only will fight twice a year. Pick your order carefully:D

I just pointed out a very good example for not having ring rust as a reason not to jump directly to tougher opposition... The great Sugar Ray Leonard did it by fighting Marvin Hagler directly after 3 years out of boxing... Yes, it doesn't mean Floyd can also do it but it's been done by other boxers in the past... I still consider Floyd a much lesser fighter than the great SRL...;)

Hey we're talking about ring rust then you jump to "jumping divisions" issue and crying out loud about double standard...:| First thing first...;)

The knockdowns occured early in the fight. In the first fight Marquez solved Pac after the 2nd round and proceeded to win 9 of the next 10 rounds on my scorecard. In the second fight i felt that JMM had the edge down the stretch and won the last 2 rounds decisively.

We may not have any considerable power to influence which fights the promoters should get done but hey we're the customers, we have the right to choose which fight to buy or not...;)

I understood you support JMM in his wanting to fight Floyd, I respect that...

    No!

I want Floyd vs Cotto or Mosley and Pac vs JMM III or vs Bradley.

JMM has no business fighting above 140 and so does Pac.

thats what im saying... if jmm wants to chase history.. let him do so

if he wins your going to feel like an idiot for not buying it because you didnt want to support floyd

Why isn't there an option to vote for Mayweather staying retired?
