I guess that info didn't reach pac yet, when they heard it they was like hell no, he needs to come in drained.

 

If Pacquiao plans to fight at a 144 catchweight or any catchweight for the welterweight title after decimating Cotto at 145, he absolutely goes down a notch in my book.
