I think Pac can do a lot better than Castillo did. Remember that fraud gave baldo a lot of respect, imagine the kind of awe, reverence, worship and respect he will give Wapakman in the ring

You are caputring STILL SHOTS! What you don't see is that these punches are combos! LOL Floyd could counter a guy like Zab, corley, DLH b/c they would just throw one shot at a time and floyd capitolized on hands that were low....PAC will flurry with POWER punches and dip out.

Supra, in all those pics Pacquiao has his left hand cocked and is about to throw a straight left hand, the fastest most devestating punch in the sport. Floyd better keep his ****ing hands up, because if he tries to counter that jab with a straight right hand he is gonna eat a straight left faster than he can blink.

The sign of a great combination puncher is that as one punch is landing the next one is already cocked and ready to go. That way the opponent can't counter cause he will leave himself open for the next punch. Sometimes offense really is the best defense.

QFT. Flawed argument. Not to mention he'll have a totally different plan for this fight.

Agreed! PAC will do his home work...he'll keep the natrual abilities and talents that have propelled him this far but they'll come in with a game plan that combats floyd's style. Floyd will do the same but it won't be an easy fight for either man.

Roachs gameplan didnt work when DLH fought floyd and floyd can do something manny cant do and that is adapt. Floyd wont make the same mistake twice so if they do have a gud gameplan it will only work for a couple of rounds if it works at all.

Who is Cotto? Cotto is the guy that had Maywether retirng because he didnt want Boxiing to retire him. hes the man that mentioned by the fans , and more importantly , the media. becasuse at the Floyd Mayweatehr show , Cottos name got menitoned . his name across the planet.

The one that people happily seemd to replace as the fighter in the 147 division. That who Cotto is.

And as far as his counter ability and everything you say is bad ( which is exactly what is great for fans ) about Cotto well thats really just how he was brought up to fight.

Blame his trainers . Not Cotto. Cotto got far enough and has alot of fans. he succeded in this sport:deal

Unfortunately , he cant counter like you say but thats because he should have fought southpaw :deal

I hear he is left handed? Well the problem with making a left handed fighter fight right handed ; is that the strongest sided even the foot may be lefty.

If thats the case then he is putting the heaviest foot forward which is going to enalbe him to duck hooks well, but hurt his chances to lean back on his strongert leg and getting proper leverage to counter.

I'd also like to add that Pacquiao hasn't thrown a double jab in forever (which actually didn't really make that much more of a difference because the left is still cocked either to block or throw, but it was a small countering opportunity between the jabs if he did throw it as a double then left and not a 1-2 which he threw then and still throws now). He'll throw a 1-2, and no one but Pacquiao knows if there will be a 3-4-5, or more, or nothing else. It's just too hard to anticipate because there's too much speed and too many angles to determine, especially if you're looking at those punches from a first-person view.

Don't do that man - he fought back plenty in his career. I ****in hate it when some guys here do that. Boxing fans deriding fighters courage is seriously flawed

So Floyd will Counter and Manny will lead - is that what we've established? The issue here is how each deals with the other. Firstly it won't be that simple because there will be times Mannny counters the counter and Floyd will have to deal with 3rd / 4th phase punch output - he can't just shoulder roll and duck cos Manny too fast and two handed. I don't see Floyd leading consistently but I do see the lead right pumping into Manny's face and it will hurt and could floor him on way in. Weight could still be a factor...

I could take stills of Floyd with his hands down too open for that right hook or even a straight left...

Another thing people are leaving out is the reach. Pac. Will have to lunge in and come toward against a Guy with just as fast hands as he has and against a Guy who is a master counter puncher bad idea. Pac will get picked apart by Floyd who is a master at this.

Do you believe that Manny has "Habits"...? Do think that PBF will not throw any punches? Is Manny the perfect fighter now?

His gameplan has worked against fighters who typically get hit reguardless of who they fight...what happens when the target is not there to be hit and the target is punching back???

Thats the diff between Manny's last 3 fights and Floyd... You have to consider all the factors...not just the ones that support your prediction...

Manny dropped Hatton and yet Hatton still lunged in face first. Is that because he didn't respect his power, or because all Hatton knows how to do is lunge in face first? He got his chin cracked for his trouble (in both cases).
