You're just mad because Fury is better than any other british heavyweight :yep The nationalistic hate sounds strong in you. "Right side of the adrian wall..." More like "pvssy side of the Adrian wall". british have no b@lls, contrarily to Scottish and Irish.
Fury had my respect after he won against Kingpin. He showed up in-shape and did a good job. I thought finally he took his career seriously and was in it for real. Since then, it was all downhill for Fury. We saw how he blew up in-between fights, get dropped by a Cruiserweight, talk smack, duck Pulev, derail his career and now duck Ustinov hours before the fight. Disgraceful. Fury deserves no sympathy.
Fury would have gained a nice fat pay cheque for starters!! Fury has lost the respect of many fans by not doing what his profession demands of him. So in that regard he has lost plenty and gained nothing! I do accept that Fury probably should not have agreed to fight Ustinov on such short notice..but then that is tantamount to saying that he isn't good enough to beat Ustinov on such short notice. Not to mention the fact that Ustinov was willing to fight Fury on the same notice!! Fury bottled it. It really is that simple. Fury is trying to do a David Haye and talk his way into a cheap version of a world title so he can "Cash out" with a fight against Wlad. The difference is, David Haye actually had some serious credentials (Undisputed Cruiserweight Champ) whereas Fury will not fight anyone remotely near his own size!! Fury is a a ****ing joke and Stiverne will obliterate him (never mind Wlad) that's IF they can get Fury into the ring!!
First off..... Ustinov doesnt speak a word of English....Ive never heard him comment in English, and what Fury was on about, Ustinov could only smile and say HOUSEKEEPING...... Don't go buying into this shiit bout Fury bottling it at the press conference. U think he would pull out of a Klitscko fight......Wlad speaks perfect English, and wouldve understood all the rude comments, and he wouldnt be impressed and wouldve been meanmugging Fury the entire time. Ustinov looked stoic, b/c he had NO FUKKING CLUE what Fury was on about...... We don't know the purses, so dont act like you know it wasnt cut significantly.nono:nono
Actually I live in West Denton, Newcastle Upon Tyne, which is on the "North" (Scottish) side of Hadrian's Wall! I guess you thought I meant the other way round?:yep And my parents are Scottish (Henderson) - Irish (Hagan)!! I am proud of my Celtic heritage, which is far stronger than Fury's, but I digress. Most Celts (and Anglos for that matter) I know would NEVER bottle a fight the way Fury did!! And most are rightfully denouncing any affiliation to Fury and his tenuous claims of Irish heritage!! Next you'll be saying that it was Fury's "English upbringing" that caused him to turn yellow!!
That's right, we don't!! So don't try and claim that Furys purse was significantly cut!:nono The fact is that Fury has suffered dogs abuse for this pull out.. As a "Proud fighting man, who will fight anyone" do you not believe that had his purse been so dramatically reduced he would have mentioned it by now? The fact that it has never been mentioned does suggest that the purse was fine! Besides, the size of the purse is a moot point! It was obviously large enough for Fury to agree to fight Ustinov or he would never have agreed to the fight and weighed in! As for Ustinov's lack of English comprehension. I cannot argue with you regarding that. But it was clear that Ustinov was not intimidated by Fury and it was also clear that Fury would Cat-A stare at the side of Ustinov's head, in an attempt to psyche himself up and intimidate Ustinov. Then, when Ustinov returned the look, Fury broke eye contact and started mouthing shite (as usual) if you watch the video it happens more than once! Then Fury starts talking about "being stitched up"!! WTF is that all about?? As for Fury fighting Wlad...don't even go there!!nono
Ok then, YOU ARE effectively on the right side of the Adrian wall. Still, fury did the right thing pulling off that fight. It was fishy, and he had nothing to gain, only to lose. If Gaysora didn't pull off in the first place, we would now be discussing about Fury's impressive victory and his place about mandatory challenger.
Kind of depends what Fury does from here. I don't think there is much need for him to wait until October to fight again. People would be bored to death by negotiations, promotion and talking by then. If he fights someone of note sooner rather than later, that might be ok. Now he's just another one of those heavyweights with an * next to their name , who is inactive or unproven, with their reputation is based on just talk and hypothetical scenarios.
