    What's up guys,
I was wondering how many of you boxers are taking creatine, because I am seriously considering the supplement to help build muscle (currently taking whey protein, fish oils, and a multi vitamin). I know it is very effective for growth, but at the same time I do not want to add another 10 to 15lbs to my frame. Any of you guys using it right now?

dont waste your time or money, creatine isnt gonna all of a sudden get you big. if you wanna build muscle then lift wieghts and eat more.

definitely gives you more stamina, thus allowing you to do that little bit more in the gym, thus making you that little bit stronger, faster etc

I took it briefly, it seemed like I could lift more both in weight and reps but it also gave me stretch marks. Probably from the water retention

I thought creatine's only use is a phosphate releaser for adenosine for very short and intense energy

  6. I take it and if you get a quality one it does make a big differance in stamina and strength. Make sure to drink a lot of water as it can make you very dehydrated.

It has to be taken strictly to the directions, I've heard of bodybuilders blowing out their kidneys abusing creatine. Also check for banned ingrediants. The bodybuilding varieties have some hardcore additives in there.

I am taking creatine and haven't put on any weight and don't feel any difference so if i was u i wouldn't waste ur money.

  10. thats interesting. are you taking it by the directions? Maybe it's just a **** one.

Another supplement worth trying every now and again is tribulis. I'm sure a couple guys around here could let you know what happens if you take too much of that ;);):good

Some people are creatine non-responders, you may be one of them.

  13. A genetic non creatine responder is possible. It's also possible that he might be lacking in other areas that blow out the affects of the supplement, such as hydration, nutrition and training.

I've known a couple of really small or skinny guys who have taken creatine and bulked up in mass a whole lot... not muscle mass however. They just added a lot of extra thickness to their bodies. They didn't look too great to me to tell you the truth. I'ma thin guy myself and I prefer to hit the gym and build my body up naturally with lean and mean muscle. **** that adding fatass weight crap.
