    What a stat.

Even better when you consider that loss was to Crawford.

Regis did actually dispute the result of that fight.

Looking forward to this great fight on Saturday.

The main thing I am worried about is that it is over 2 years since Taylor put on a good performance in the ring with only the very poor Catterall stinker since 22 May 2021.

The best version of Taylor wins this fight and hopefully we see this on Saturday.

I’m not surprised, I thought Taylor was a bit lucky that night. He was well down at the halfway stage.

Taylor confirmed this morning he was currently 148lbs.

I agree that the best Josh beats any Teo. The worries for me are the foot injury he had and making the weight. Feel he’s rushed into the fight a little to prove a point after Catterall but time isn’t on his side, he’s 32 and been inactive for 3 years.

I’m at a wedding Saturday and stopping in a hotel at night. My 3am alarm will be set more in hope than expectation that I can actually awake myself in a fit state to watch the fight.

Was a very close fight wasn't it. Could make a case for either guy winning it tbf.

I’ve said before I thought Prograis was very gracious afterwards. Tbf the mammoth WBSS final payday probably cushioned the blow of defeat for him. He came from nothing and got millions from that fight. For me, I had him the winner, but it was close. Big Taylor fan too though, upto the Catterall fight he had not put a foot wrong.

I had him winning too, not that it means much but I watched it twice with no sound and scored it to Regis both times. He's of Native American heritage, they're usually dignified and don't belive the hype about themselves. I've liked him since he outclassed Flannagan. And I was a Flannagan fan.

I’ve never heard anyone say they were a Terry Flanagan fan before. We’ve found one! I knew there was more to you than the aforementioned Audley prediction :)

Yep, the 117-112 card was an absolute disgrace yet it never gets mentioned when people discuss outrageous decisions. Def home cooking.

hahahaha never said I had knowledge or class, give me that. I just always found him an honest pro who did well. He's gone back to working full time, saved his money, paid the mortgage, and not too much pride to go back to a normal job after. I quite like that.

Sounds very sensible and switched on financially, which without being rude he didn’t sound in interviews or press conferences. Pleased for him and he won a world title. Did what he set out to do and some.
