This is a mismatch. Everything is against Pac, even in the punch department Arguello is ahead.

If Pac had trouble with Solis just because of solis height (Pac's own words after the fight against Solis) imagine now the troubles he would have with Arguello who is light years ahead, better than Solis.

This fight could end up in two different ways.
1- By TKO/KO in six, similar to the fight Arguello vs Ganigan
2- By late stopagge if Pac avoids confrontation.

Not even being a southpaw would help Pac in this fight, because Arguello was undefeated against southpaws and knew how to fight boxers with that stance. I think that Pac would think twice about using his left hand after tasting some good right hands from Arguello.

When that fighter quits 2 divisions up from 130 against the best ever at the weight, this prediction is completely invalid.

I distinctly recall Morales(who basically quit in the 3rd fight), beating Pac by easy Decision in their first encounter, when Morales was still past his prime, but not shot. So what does that say about your theory?

Is Arguello below the level of this guy?

johnco, give us a analysis for Arguello vs Pacquiao at 130. First describe both of their respective styles. Then, inform us of the weaknesses and strengths of both fighters AND how they pertain to eachother. Then give us a rundown as to how the actual fight would play out.

Why would he be stiff and dazed from a low blow? Wouldn't he have grabbed his groin in pain and complained about it if he was hit with a low blow? He was out of it because the punch hit off the bottom of his chin and ricocheted off, making it look low. How the hell do you explain him stiffening up and being clearly dazed from a low blow? Moron.

He was not a quitter you ****ing moron, he simply had taken enough punishment at that stage of his career from a devastating fighter(one who was much bigger and better than Pacquiao) to continue on.

Arguello was also a 4 time world champion, and at one point was likely the #1 P4P fighter, in a much deeper era than the one Pac's currently in. Why do you put so much emphasis on "#2 P4P"? You bring it up in every post, as if there haven't been a vast number of P4P #2's before.

I have analyzed this fight earlier in the thread. You, on the other hand, only mention the fact that Arguello quit against Aaron Pryor when he was 1) past his prime, 2) fighting divisions up from his best weights, and 3) taken a massive amount of punishment - the kind of punishment that would have put Pacquiao on his ass early in the fight.

Don't run. Give me a full analysis.

So why was he unable to even move his arms after being hit, and he was clearly dazed and hardly able to get up afterward, eyes crossed and all? And why was there no complaint? You stupid ****ing ******.

I could care less what you think of me, when you're one of the biggest laughing stocks of this forum outside of your Pacquiao groupie friends.
