Arguello may very well be the best 130 pound fighter in history. He'd take pac out in 7-8 rounds. In a 15 rounder he starches PBF in 13-14. It's to bad so many fans judge him mainly by the two Pryor fights. He was WAY past his best by that time. At 130 El Flaco Explosivo was an absolute MONSTER.

PAcman is a lighter version of Pryor..Same swarming style ..Pryor more output Pac more speed and power.. Arguello gave Pryor hell in the first fight and some think that wasnt prime Arguello and definitely not his prime weight.

This doesnt look good for PAC

Arguello is one of my faves the best perhaps at 130..hell beat both PAC and JMM in the same night

I agree on the first part, I'm on the fence on the 2nd part.

Many people are "on he fence" regarding Arguello/PBF, and that goes for the classic forum too. It's important to remember that 130 was a bit before Mayweather's best, but it was Arguello's prime. In my opinion the outcome of Arguello/Mayweather depends on how many rounds the fight is scheduled for. In 12 rounds PBF may pull out a split decision or very close UD. However, Arguello usually OWNED those championship rounds 13-15. In a 15 rounder he'd stop Mayweather, probably in the 14th.
