I guess to all those waiting for ariza to spill the beans about pac taking roids or any type of bull**** from Pac's camp needs to find other means of activity. LOL

Ariza is legit....certified and proven.... He's not the only one but the man knows the science and theories behind nutrition and athletics.... JMM was just late in terms of 21st century applications to training....many Mexican fighters come late to that party.

 

Last training camp was supposed to be his best in terms of Many showing up on time or early and keeping up high intensity throughout.....not to say they worked smarter.....but they definitely busted their assess getting Pac in tip top shape.....they just needed a fresh game plan for that version of JMM.
